Fleetsmith uses Email in various ways to function, such as MDM and DEP renewal reminders and drafting an email from the Users page. You might see an error on the Users page if the Office 365 account you’re using does not have a mailbox set up with an active Exchange Online license.
If you are unsure if your account has an Exchange Online license. ask your Office 365 Admin to add an Exchange Online license to your account
