2. Download an uninstaller from the Fleetsmith web app. (To download an uninstaller: Click your name in the upper right hand corner, click "Preferences", and on the next page click on the button to download the uninstaller.) Run the uninstaller on the affected device.
3. After the agent has been removed via the uninstaller, on the device open "System Preferences" and click "Profiles". Select and remove any Fleetsmith "MDM Configuration" or DEP profiles.
4. Once you've completely removed Fleetsmith from your device, restart the device.
