You can re-enroll both DEP and Non-DEP devices without wiping the device with the following instructions:
To do this:
1. Archive the device in the Fleetsmith web app.
2. Download a Fleetsmith uninstaller and run it on the device.
3. Log into the Enrollment Portal located at: [company-name].fleetsmith.com/enroll and download a
4. Install the
.mobileconfig file on the device—be careful not to double click on the installer or any of the prompts.
5. Approve and assign the "Pending" device when it checks into the Fleetsmith web app.
