When a device is remotely erased using the "Erase device" command—a PIN will be required to unlock the device. (This is an extra layer of security as the "Erase device" feature is meant to be used if a device is permanently lost or stolen.)
You can retrieve the PIN by:
1. In the Fleetsmith web app, go to "Devices" and click "Archived".
2. Click the device's name.
3. Under the "Overview" tab look for the Device status. Click "Show PIN".
