The "Looks like something went wrong" error message is associated with an Office 365 account that tries to sign up for Fleetsmith without Office 365 global administrator permissions.
Office 365 global administrator privileges are required to sign up for a Fleetsmith account. By creating a Fleetsmith account, you are giving consent to other users—who might not be Office 365 admins—to administrate Fleetsmith.
If you do not have Office 365 global administrator permissions, you can:
- Ask your Office 365 administrator to grant you global O365 administrator privileges.
- Or, have an account with global administrator privileges sign up for Fleetsmith. Afterwards, have that account log in, import you as a user, and then manually promote you to Admin.
