Occasionally you may need to change the assigned employee of a device.
To reassign a device from one user to another:
1. In the Fleetsmith Admin Console, navigate to Devices.
2. Click the individual's device's name.
3. On the device overview page, click the Reassign device button in the upper right hand corner.
4. Follow the prompts to reassign to the device to the desired user.
⭐️ Please Note: The "Reassign device" option does not change the account settings on a device. It only updates the device records in the Fleetsmith web app. To make changes to a user account, please manually make these changes via the "System Preferences" on the physical device.
