When you sign up for Fleetsmith with Office 365 there are two types of admins: an Owner and Admins. There can be multiple Fleetsmith Admins but only one Owner of a single Fleetsmith account. Here is a quick summary of the differences between the two roles:
- Owner: A Fleetsmith Owner is the user who created the account. An Owner cannot be deleted or demoted from an admin in the Fleetsmith web app. (If you need to remove an Owner, please contact Fleetsmith Support.)
- Admin: A Fleetsmith Admin is a user who has been promoted to Admin. Admins can log into their organization's Fleetsmith web app. Admins have unrestricted access to the app. Existing Admins or the Owner can add additional Admins by promoting Users.
