If a device hasn't checked in for 21+ days:
- First check to ensure your employee isn't on an awesome vacation. 🏝😎
- If they're not and the device is powered on and connected to the internet, it's likely the device needs to be re-enrolled. You can find instructions for how to re-enroll a device here.
