A device check-in is the last time a device has called into Fleetsmith's servers. A recent check-in is a good indication that your device is being actively managed. However there are instances in which a device won't have a recent check in. For example:
- If a device is powered off or asleep.
- If a device is not connected to the Internet.
If a device hasn't recently checked into the Fleetsmith web app, ensure it's powered on and connected to the Internet. If it is but is not successfully checking in, please contact email@example.com and we'll be happy to assist!
