First, ensure you are logging into the correct Fleetsmith portal.
- If you are an employee enrolling a device, please log into your company's Fleetsmith Enrollment Portal. The link will look like: [company-name].fleetsmith.com/enroll
- If you are a Fleetsmith Admin, please log into your company's Fleetsmith web app. The link will look like: [company-name].fleetsmith.com/
If you are re-directed to the log in page after attempting to sign in, your account does not have Fleetsmith Admin access.
If you should have Fleetsmith Admin access but cannot log into the Fleetsmith web app, it's likely the Fleetsmith Owner—or a current Fleetsmith Admin, needs to promote you from a User to an Admin. (Link: G Suite: How to promote a User to an Admin)
If this is the case, please reach out to the current Fleetsmith Owner/Admin to promote you.
